Browsing on tankspot.com i came across this...With 3.0.8 release quite likely on Tuesday, it's starting to sound like 3.1 PTR won't be too far behind. Stay tuned! take it for what you will

For the Sarthation Acheviement you must: 1 kill sartharion. 2 Kill Sartharion +1drake. 3 Kill Sarthion + 2 drakes. 4 kill sartharion + 3 drakes. ( if there is differn't loot to be had it needs to ne gotten
