I'm friends with grammykins n ledesimuz, and they told me this guild needed a resto druid
Please tell us how you are currently working to "gear up" your toon and maximize your raid output (such as running heroics, PuGs, crafting, PvP, arena, etc.) and what current stats you're looking to improve.
i've almost done everything I need for this character from heroics, on the current server i'm on I really can't pug anything cause everyone is terrible so I can really gear in raids. n I will be making all of crafted items I can. trying to get more haste from gear I dunt have much

Are you prepared to rotate your raid spot?
yea
Do you have Ventrilo and a working mic?
yus
References (if applicable):
Ledesimuz, grammykins
Additional information you'd like us to consider:
I like turtles, I play multiple characters so my achievements for raids are all spread out, chars i've raided on before are Grimus alliance warlock on blood furnace, magikarp horde priest on blood furnace n Slumberparty horde shaman on Dark iron. they should have all my achievements for wotlk all spread out ><

Anywho...if your truly apping for a raid spot as resto, and that is your raid gear, just to be honest with you, your gear is extremely sub par. I don't see anyway you would be able to keep up with the healing required in 25s. There are significant upgrades from badges + heroics which honestly require very little time to acquire. There is even some crafted stuff which goes very cheap which can easily be obtained.
-4pc T9
-Haste neck from Forge of Souls
-Talisman of Resurgence (45 Emblems of Triumph)
-Emblem of Heroism off hand with haste and spirit
-Emblem of Valor cloak with spirit haste
-no gem in your belt
-profession bonuses
On the plus side, you have a good spec for your gear level (picking up Celestial Focus), and your glyphs are good. If you do raid in 25 more often, you will want to pick up Wild Growth glyph versus innervate as you begin to have less mana problems.
I'm obviously just a peon, and have no say in whether you get in or not, but I do have a fairly geared resto druid alt and keep up with the latest information on elitist jerks so I feel confident leaving you this feedback for others to review.
You should be maxing out your reps. There are many rep rewards that are must for raiding.
We need a resto druid but one that wants to raid and progress. In classic and some of TBC you could get away with having some pvp pieces for raiding. However since badges are almost given away now there's no reason why you can't have crafted and 245 gear if you are app'ing as a raider.
The raid leader was a giant faggot
This stood out for me, if someone doesn't like their raid leader then giving a better reason for the dislike then "he was an asshole" would be helpful.
