No
Please provide more detailed information about yourself below
Previous guilds & why you left -- please include transfer information:
I recently came back to wow about a year ago and I have only been in one guild since then. It is the guild that I am currently in which is "Good People". I am looking to leave them because it is only a 10m casual raiding guild.
Raid Experience:
TOC 10/25, ICC 10/25, Uld 10/25. Also played back in vanilla and have experince from clearing MC and BWL.
Why are you applying to Damage Control?
I am looking for a guild that focuses on progressing through 25m content. Also your raid times work perfect for me.
Please tell us how you are currently working to "gear up" your toon and maximize your raid output (such as running heroics, PuGs, crafting, PvP, arena, etc.) and what current stats you're looking to improve.
I currently run icc10 with my guild and also try to pug icc25. Also I use my frost badges to get that gear or to buy primordials to get my crafted gear. I do also enjoy pvp and arena and have some of that gear for my off-spec. The stats that I look to improve are stamina and avoidance.
Are you prepared to rotate your raid spot?
I wouldnt't mind rotating my spot but ultimately I would like to be considered for a MT position.
Do you have Ventrilo and a working mic?
Yes
References (if applicable):
Not sure
Additional information you'd like us to consider:
I would say that I am a prepared raider. I read up and watch videos of all the new boss fights so that these fights aren't new to me when attempted. Also I currently lead 10 man raids for my guild. I am always online and would be able to make it to 90%+ of the raids.

Alright. I ran 2 heroics with Ceelo earlier today.
The first was Azjol Nerub. I waited until we had barely engaged the third pack of adds before the first boss... then Flame Shocked the boss. I didnt give Ceelo any warning or anything... and he picked up the boss as well as the adds before it came close to getting to me.
I was looking forward to doing Hadronox Denied, whether he was ready for it or not... but Dien robbed me of that chance by cheesing the encounter.
Finally, he picked up the final boss quickly and easily. Dien said that Ceelo took a pair of pounds during the boss fight... but I didnt notice. What I DID notice, was that he was also effectively interrupting the Poison bolts from the adds.
I was impressed.
Secondly we did Halls of Stone. Even during the big AOE pulls, with the little shard guys ect, and with Dien pulling packs ahead of us (as a resto druid) I pulled aggro a lot less then I would have expected.
What it comes down to is that he was holding aggro off of 2 well geared dps doing 6k+ in a 5man who were not being nice to him (cuz we were testing him).
His situational awareness seemed very good.
I totally vote we get him into a 25m raid asap and see if he can hold it together at that level. Also, spending 4 hours with him on vent and in chat to see if he's a dick or something else. But as far as I can tell, he has the skillz
Shiro <3U all
In terms of threat management, he was very good. During those instances I was trying as much as possible to pull the adds off him, and I did it couple times, but he quickly taunt them back.
I agree with Jbean that we need to take Ceelo to the next level, a trial run in ICC10 or ICC25 is recommend.
