Damage Control is a raiding guild on Suramar Horde. The usual labels of "casual" or "hardcore" do not really fit us. While we strive to beat endgame raid content, our real-life commitments limits our raid schedule to three nights a week. Our approach seems to be working, because we have cleared all 3.2 Wrath of the Lich King content, including heroic Trial of the Grand Crusader 10 (with no wipes, mind you), completing the legendary healing mace Val'anyr, and Glory of the Ulduar Raider (10).

The majority of our members are adults with families and/or careers. Our philosophy to end-game raiding is very laid back. We're not interested in competing with other guilds in terms of end-game progression or server firsts. We play for fun, not to race through content or get the phat lewtz. If your desire is to be in a "hardcore top-end raiding guild" then Damage Control is not for you.
